Branch Operations Manager / Supervisor (Everett)

Local Community Bank has an immediate opening for an experienced Branch Operations Manager / Supervisor. We are seeking a self motivated, detail oriented professional to join our Bank. The ideal candidate must possess strong customer service and supervisory skills with a proven track record in branch operations and management.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide operational support to Branch Manager and manage daily branch operations.
Assist in hiring, training, reviewing and managing branch staff.
Identifies sales opportunities by uncovering financial needs and educating customers on banking products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues.
Understands and complies with all audit, regulatory and security procedures.
Delegates work assignments and monitors work flow.
Generates customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer service.
Perform monthly & quarterly branch certifications.
Monitors branch operating cash, ATM and teller drawer limits.
Work with Branch Manger to meet branch sales goals.
Back-up New Accounts & Teller Line.
Schedule Mobile Branch Pick-ups.
Performs other duties and tasks as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years of branch banking and operations experience.
Strong management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional sales and customer service skills.
Strong organization skills with close attention to detail.
Solid interpersonal, problem solving, conflict resolution and team building skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Windows.
