Gene Juarez Salons & Spas is seeking talented Guest Service Representatives to provide the finest personal service to our Guests.



As an in-salon Guest Service Representative, you will great Guests when they arrive, assist with check-in by explaining salon & spa services and conclude the Guest visit with a smooth checkout process.



You will act as the Guest liaison with the Artists & Therapists to ensure our Guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience.

Requirements

Available to work any shifts with no restrictions

Positive Attitude

Superior customer service focus

Consistent attendance with excellent work ethic

Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer / Keyboard skills

Minimum 1-year experience in salon/spa, retail or hospitality
